We collect nothing automatically. There are no analytics tools, advertising pixels or tracking scripts on this site, and no profile is built about you.

The contact field on this site does not send anything to us. When you enter your address and submit, your own email client opens with a pre-filled message. Nothing leaves your device until you choose to press send, and no server of ours or anyone else’s sees what you typed before that point.

The information you submit via the contact form is used solely to respond to your enquiry. We do not use it for marketing purposes, share it with third parties for advertising, or add you to any mailing list without your explicit consent.

Google Fonts. Our typeface, DM Sans, is delivered by Google’s font service. Loading it means your IP address is sent to Google. Because of that we do not load it unless you agree: on your first visit a banner asks, and until you accept, the site renders in a typeface already installed on your device and Google is never contacted.

If you decline, the refusal is remembered and enforced on every later page. Our server reads your choice and returns a Content-Security-Policy that forbids your browser from contacting Google at all, so the request cannot be made even by accident. You can change your mind at any time through Cookie settings in the footer.

Apart from this, the site uses no third-party services. Everything else it needs is served from our own domain.

One cookie is stored, and only to record the choice you make on the consent banner so that we do not ask again. It contains no identifier and is never shared. Full detail is in the cookie policy.

We retain contact form submissions only as long as necessary to respond to and fulfil the enquiry, typically no longer than 12 months. You may request deletion at any time by emailing us.

Under applicable data protection law (including the UK GDPR and EU GDPR where relevant), you have the right to access, correct, or erase personal data we hold about you.

We take reasonable precautions to protect the information submitted through our contact form. All data is transmitted over HTTPS. We do not store payment information of any kind.
